Sheppard-Harris & Associates, P.C. is a certified public accounting firm established as a professional Corporation under the laws of the State of Alabama in July, 1993.
Our professional staff consists of one shareholder, and four staff accountants. We know that the segregation of our staff into various specialized departments – tax, auditing, and management advisory services has enabled us to provide clients with the proper diversification of services in the most professional and efficient manner possible.
The shareholder and CPA’s are members of the American Institute and Alabama Society of CPA’s. Our firm’s basic philosophy is that service to each client is based on a substantive knowledge of and specialization in the services to be provided. Because of the unique aspects of audits of Institutions of Higher Education and Other Nonprofit Organizations, previous experience and knowledge in this area are of vital importance in providing the best and most efficient services.
